Refund policy

Our returns and refund policy is only applicable within 14 days from your purchase date. If more time has passed, you will be unable to return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition, you received them. We recommend you carefully try new items indoors while your dog or cat is calm. 

 

Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items:

Keychains Decals Artwork
Orders paid using AfterPay or Sezzle  eGift Cards

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email info@magicalwiggles.com including:

- Email address ordered from

- Order Number

- Reason for return

     This will help us be alert for your package. We will provide you with a return address.

 

2. Carefully pack your return item with a note of the order number and your email address and ship to the provided address. 

NOTE: You are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee your item will be received and we do not accept responsibility for lost items.  

 

3. Once received, it will be inspected and you will be notified if your refund has been processed or rejected within 5 days.

- If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of a Magical Wiggles eGift Card sent to your order's email address for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If denied due to failing inspection, you will not receive a refund.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS:

Email info@magicalwiggles.com within 3 days of receipt to inform us of the issue including:

- Email address ordered from

- Order Number

- Reason for return with defect explanation

- Photo of damage/defect

NOTE: If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
