How long until my order is shipped?
All of our handmade gifts are pre-made, so after your order is received we ship within one to two days business days
What shipping options are available?
During checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method based on your needs. All of which include insurance and tracking.
Please select the options based on the longest time frame it could take. We are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. See more details about the shipping options here.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
If your ordered is delivered elsewhere, you must contact the local USPS office for the wrong address you entered for additional assistance, as we cannot help with this.
If your order is returned to us due to an error on the information you provided such as an incorrect mailing address, you must pay the shipping costs to deliver your order the second time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please select the applicable shipping option, but keep in mind that you will be responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Are all items handmade?
All of our handmade gifts are 100% made in our small home studio in FL surrounded by our beautiful cats and sweet dogs
How do you source your materials?
The majority of our fabrics and materials were found during our search for vintage treasures.
We love the quality and care in which materials used to be made with. We are also a really small business, so purchasing large quantities is not possible. Many of our creations are often repurposed and in limited quantities, since we never know when we'll find things again, so check back frequently for surprises 💚
Do you accept custom orders?
We'd be happy to customize a note or packaging for you, so don't hesitate to contact us about it! :)
We don't customize our handcrafted gifts though. Due to the way we source our materials, we create limited edition designs on all types of styles so we want to make sure that what you get is exactly what you see.

What if I change my mind after placing my order?
You may contact us to let us know what changes you’d like to make before your purchase is marked as shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible
